Dutch Ovens

Now here is something new!

I am not talking about the fancy enamel coated things from France that cost so much money. These may be fine for cooking at home in your oven in the kitchen. What I am interested in are the black cast iron ovens that pioneers and cowboy cooks used and still use.

Don't forget skillets! Learning about these enlarged my thinking about cast iron in general.
