They are tiny brick like things with a clip that has an integrated magnet. They also have a USB charging port. I see them for sale on Amazon for $30.
They have a maximum brightness of 300 lumens and the runtime table is:
High 300+ lumens 1+60 min Medium 100 lumens 90 min Low 10 lumens 12 hours Moon 1 lumen 30 hours Red 4 lumens 5 hoursThe weird runtime spec for High is because it will run at 300 for only a minute, then it drops to 60 percent (180 lumens).
Charging -- There is an almost invisible LED in the middle of the one and only button. It faintly glows red when charging. It changes to green when charging is complete. A full charge takes about 1.5 hours.
If you hold down the button, you get a lockout and then you must hold down the button to unlock the light. They ship it locked out.
If you hold down the button, but for less than 2 seconds, you get moonlight. If you hold it down too long, the light goes out and you have performed a lockout.
A brief press turns the light on. It comes on in whatever mode it was in when turned off.
Once it is on, a brief press turns it off.
Once it is on, holding the button cranks through higher brightness modes.
Two presses get you into (and out of) red light mode.
Triple presses give you the srobe mode from hell.
They say the hard to see LED gives you a battery indicator. I only see this when charging.
Red is 0-30 Orange is 30-60 Green is 60-100
